Food left: 88, Exercise left: 7

And yes, I’m trying to get in as much extra exercise as I can to make up for the extra food points I’m getting while I’m trying to fix up my eating habits :)

    small cheese roll - 2.5
    peanut butter sandwich - 3
    35g bag crisps (oops) - 4
    1 biscotti biscuit (little almond one) - 0.5
    herbal tea - 0 (no milk right?)
    1L water - 0
    wholemeal spag with tomato & vege sauce (stir in sauce with extra mushys, olives and capsicum)pasta - 2.5 for 1 cup cooked, assuming the sauce is all veges it shouldn’t be worth anything
    greek yoghurt with honey - 3
    small bag baked crisps (less fat than regular) - brand? i’m not sure. I’d allow 4 just to be safe.
    200mL mead - looking at wine or beer (or honey) i’d say around 2, but it’s a complete guess

    walked briskly home from work - 30mins - 4

    (yup, had a not so great day at work yesterday *sigh* i was angry the whole way home.. not good.. o well)

    I’ve got to say, when i’ve gone walking when i’m angry it really helps.. you can get a long way in a storm, and by the time you’ve been walking for a good half hour to 40 minutes it’s harder to stay angry.. and in the meantime you’ve avoided saying something you might regret later. And got some good exercise in :)

    I reckon if the walk home is half an hour that would be a really good thing for you to do Dayna (assuming it’s a safe area)
