    mini-wheats with semi-skim milk
    wholemeal pita with salad and low-fat feta (x2)
    35g bag crisps (bad dayna)
    greek yoghurt with honey and fruit (200mL ish)
    2 little cheese rolls - 5
    vege thing that is like a chicken kieve with broccolli and cheese
    and probably salad.

    and 50 mins pilates! (yay, i finally went to the class!)

    ok.. so I notice you don’t have drinks down, is that because you only drink water?

    Want to know what I’ve had today, and it’s not tea time yet LOL
    4 pieces of fruit bread
    2 hot milos (water and milk)
    1 sausage roll
    1 meat pie
    1 beesting (yes, we were at Beechworth Bakery)
    about 10 jelly bellies
    and I’m halfway through a 600ml Pepsi

    mmm so healthy LOL I like what you had yesterday Dayna, sounds yummy!

    I’ve been doing dishes and folding washing, don’t think that counts as much exercise though ;)

    greek yoghurt with honey and fruit (200mL ish) - 3 (2 for yoghurt, 1 for honey, generally a piece of fruit is 1 so it depends on how much you had)
    2 little cheese rolls - 5
    vege thing that is like a chicken kieve with broccolli and cheese - is it fried? crumbed? if it’s just veges then it’d just be the cheese, which depends on the volume of cheese (1.5 for 30g) although if there’s egg or something that will increase it (1 per egg)
    and probably salad. - 0

    and 50 mins pilates - 5 (3 for 0.5 hour)

    1 sausage roll - 7.5

    1 beesting (yes, we were at Beechworth Bakery) - unfortunately it’s not in the book, so to be safe i’d assume around 10
    about 10 jelly bellies - 1
    and I’m halfway through a 600ml Pepsi - pepsi - 4.5 for 600 ml

    I’ve been doing dishes and folding washing, don’t think that counts as much exercise though - cleaning the car is worth 3 points for half an hour, i would expect washing dishes to be at least 1 or 1.5.. assuming you spent a full 30 minutes on it.

    umm.. i had fruit juice this day too.
    and the quorn kieve thing was pre-crumbed & fried (i think - i oven baked it).. would it help to look at the nutrition info? can i work out points for weird things from that?

    p.s. hi lis, good to see you here too.. are you in the six month challenge? (renamed 6MC for this six months since many of us didn’t do so well in the first six?)

    Somewhere in the house I have a cool little bit of cardboard that lets me calculate the points based on kilojoules and fat.. but i’m not sure where it is. If i find it then definitely I can work out points from the nutrition info. Oh, and juice is 1.5 for a 250ml glass.
