    Florentine - 4.5

    Does this look ok? The salad was in the book, so I took .5 off for dressing, but added 1 for the cheese. The Florentine wasn’t in there, so I just did the same as your tart.

    i KNOW this one is very bad..

    two slices toast w marg - 3 (marg is 1.5 for 2tsp of low fat, 2 for regular - i make sure i use less than that, so bear that in mind)
    220g baked beans - 3.5
    shot of florentine hot choc (the thick one - cocoa, sugar, thickener) 1.5 (it’s hard to tell. nestle drinking choc is 1.5 for 20g. Actual choc is 3.5 for 6 squares if that helps)
    1/2 slice honey and almond cake (pastry type thing with honey custardy stuff in the middle - very yummy) - 5?
    1/2 slice choc hazlenut polenta cake (nutella type stuff in the middle, hazelnuts on top - also very yummy) - 5?
    1/2 pizza - 16 (or maybe less - see Friday)
    50g baked crisps - 5
    large slice of homemade banana cake (made with wholemeal flour - not that that may make a difference) - 5?

    exercise - does walking around a shopping centre for 3 and 1/4 hrs count?
    (It would if you were walking the entire time at a fast pace. when shopping unfortunately we tend to wander and browse more than powerwalk :))
