    umm i don’t know how the points thing works.. :-/

    so..
    breakfast - 3.5 pts (does it have a value for semi-skimmed milk?)
    700 mL bowl salad (lettuce, tomato, mushroom, capsicum)
    three homemade choc chip cookies
    two small cheese rolls (those ones with the cheese on top)
    water and herbal tea
    vege quiche (400g, 3412kJ, 820kcal)
    probably something else after dinner..

    not really any exercise (walked up stairs and 10 mins this arvo)..
