Does that look right, Damien? I guessed that the mini chomp would be about 1/3rd the size of a regular one, and they didn’t have the same brand of water crackers but I assumed they’re pretty much the same. I also don’t think I had as much icecream as you. And I didn’t do any exercise!

toasted panini with tomato, cheese, pesto - 4 (panini is worth 3)
100mL apple juice - 0.5
nachos (plain cornchips; vege chilli - beans, mushys, tomato; cheese (20g); sour cream (10mL), salsa (10mL)) - 6.5 for one serve
3.5 pints beer (1 pint james , 2.5 pints Fruli - a fruity beer) - 10 (375ml regular beer is 2, light beer is 1.5)
1/2 vege pizza - 16 (4 per slice for pizza hut vege pizza, bought base is 10 for an entire pizza so if it’s home made it’d be much less)
water - 0
no exercise
no, it wasn’t a good day for my health - but i recognise that a bit more now - thanks to damien.
